Jasmine Shivji is passionate about being an occupational therapist. She skillfully blends her experience from physical medicine, psychiatry, orthopedics and neurology when evaluating and determining relevant and appropriate treatment plans for her clients.

Jasmine graduated from the University of Alberta, Rehabilitation Medicine program. Since graduating, she has helped developed various assessment tools for occupational therapists working in psychiatry and in caring for individuals with dementia while in Alberta. She has offered many workshops to allied health professionals and caregivers. Most recently she had co-authored a text on Functional Capacity Evaluations – a clinician's guide, published in 2006.

Since 2000, Jasmine has been recognized and given expert testimony numerous times as an expert witness in the areas of Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Cost of Future Care in the Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, and The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. She was involved in a volunteer capacity with the Client Relations Committee for the College of Occupational Therapists of BC.
